Preamble.

These general conditions of sale apply exclusively between the IsraëChrist online store, hereinafter “We” and any person visiting or making a purchase via the site https://israechrist.com/, hereinafter “the Customer ".

Article 1: General provisions.

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the sales of products or services made via the store's website and are an integral part of the contract between the Customer and the Store. By placing an order on this site, the Customer accepts without reservation the General Terms and Conditions defined below.

The company IsraëChrist acts as an intermediary between the customer and the supplier and declines all responsibility in the event of non-conformity of the products or delay in delivery attributable to the supplier.

Information and data concerning the Customer are necessary for order management and commercial relations. Article 10: Dispute resolution
